Delete your Plantita account

Plantita is a game by Clint Barbosa (Kurinto). You can delete your account and its data at any time.
Have a Plantita Club subscription? Deleting your account does not stop it. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
In the game (fastest)
Open Plantita → Settings → Delete account → confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and every device is signed out. You will see a confirmation code.
Without the game
Email [email protected] with your player name and tag (like Lala#4821) and how you signed in (Apple, Google or Facebook). We will confirm the account is yours and delete it within 30 days. A guest account (one that never signed in) holds no name, email or contact details; delete it from the game on that phone.
If you signed in with Facebook
You can also remove Plantita in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Plantita → Remove. Facebook tells us, and we delete your Facebook sign-in, or your whole account if Facebook was your only sign-in. Facebook gives you a link to check the status.
If you signed in with Apple
When you delete your account, we also tell Apple to remove Plantita’s access to your Apple ID. If you stop using Sign in with Apple for Plantita in your Apple ID settings, Apple tells us and we remove that sign-in.
What is deleted
- Your profile: player name, tag, country and portrait
- Your sign-ins (Apple, Google, Facebook)
- Your saved game and garden
- Your score and leaderboard entries
- Your follows and friends, garden visits and flowers
- Your devices’ sessions
- Your Diamond history and Club status on our server
What is kept
Only a deletion code with no personal data, so the deletion can be checked. Copies in our database backups are gone within 90 days.
Apple, Google and RevenueCat (our purchase service) keep their own records of any purchases. RevenueCat’s record is linked only to your Plantita player ID, never to your name or email. Ask us by email to have it removed as well.
