These Terms govern Roll Cleaner, operated by Clint Barbosa (“we”, “us”). Kurinto is a product brand, not a separate company. Roll Cleaner helps you review photos already on your phone and delete the ones you choose. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What the app does

The app looks at photos on this device, groups duplicates, screenshots, and old photos, and lets you delete photos you confirm. Photos stay on the phone. We do not upload your pictures and we do not create an account for you.

Your responsibility

You choose what to delete. Deleted photos go to Recently Deleted (or the trash) on your phone. This app cannot restore them. Review each batch before you confirm.

Daily delete limit

The free app lets you delete a set number of photos each day. Once you reach it, you can do a short guided exercise to unlock more for that day, up to a daily maximum, or get Roll Cleaner Plus for a higher daily limit and no ads. The limit resets every day and never affects photos you already deleted.

Exercises — read before you do one

Unlocking extra deletes with an exercise (calf raises, chair squats, or marching in place) is entirely optional — you can always wait for the next day's limit or get Roll Cleaner Plus instead. If you choose to exercise: this is not medical advice, a medical device, or a fitness program, and the app does not check whether a movement is safe for you. Only do an exercise if you can safely stand, balance, and move on your own without assistance. Keep a stable chair or surface nearby, wear appropriate footwear, use a clear space, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or unsteady on your feet. If you have a heart condition, balance or mobility issue, recent injury, or any condition that affects exercise, talk to a doctor before you try one. You do these exercises at your own risk, and to the extent allowed by law, Clint Barbosa is not responsible for any injury, fall, or harm that results from doing them.

Assumption of risk

You use Roll Cleaner, your phone, and any exercise entirely at your own risk. This includes the risk of losing photos you did not mean to delete, any malfunction or damage to your phone, and any injury or accident that happens while using the app — during an exercise, while holding or looking at your phone, while moving around your home, or otherwise. You are responsible for your own safety and for the safety of the space around you while you use the app. If you are not comfortable accepting that risk, do not use the app, and in particular do not use the exercise feature.

Ads

The free app may show third-party ads from Google AdMob on Home and after a clean. Ads do not see your photos. We do not place ads on the Keep or Delete confirm screens. You can turn ads off with a paid subscription.

Purchases

You can pay Apple or Google for Roll Cleaner Plus. Plus turns ads off and raises how many photos you can delete each day, with no exercise needed. The price is shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription lasts six months and automatically renews for the same price and length unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends, in your Apple or Google subscription settings. Restore purchases if you reinstall. We do not create an account. Photos still stay on this phone.

Age

You must be 13 or older. The app is not directed at children and is not in the Kids category.

Acceptable use

Use Roll Cleaner on a phone you are allowed to manage. Do not use it to harm someone else’s photos.

This agreement, and Apple/Google

This is an agreement between you and Clint Barbosa, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to meet a warranty that applies to it, you may notify Apple or Google for a refund of the purchase price, if any; beyond that, Apple and Google have no other warranty obligation to you. Apple and Google are not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, or claims relating to injury during an exercise. Apple and Google, and their subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You agree to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws, and you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

No warranty

We provide the app "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement, and without any promise that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not promise it will find every copy, that space estimates are exact, that a delete cannot fail, or that an exercise counts correctly. Check before you confirm.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Clint Barbosa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of photos, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app — for any reason, including a bug, a missed or wrong duplicate, a failed or wrong delete, an exercise, a purchase, an ad network, or an accident of any kind, even if we were told such damages were possible. If a court finds us liable despite the above, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the app is limited to the greater of $20 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits. There, we limit liability to the maximum the law allows.

You agree to cover us if something goes wrong on your end

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Clint Barbosa from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the app, an exercise you chose to do, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any right of another person.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Clint Barbosa resides, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where your local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
