Privacy Policy

Clint Barbosa operates Plantita. Kurinto is a product brand, not a separate company. This policy explains what Plantita stores about you, what other players can see, and how to delete it.

Playing as a guest

You can play without signing in. Our server keeps an anonymous code for your device, stored only in scrambled form, together with your saved game.

Signing in

If you sign in with Apple, Google or Facebook, we keep only the account ID that service gives us for Plantita. We never store an email address, a real name or a profile photo from any of them. Sign in with Apple asks only for your name, so the game can suggest a player name; it never asks for your email. Google’s sign-in includes your email address, but our server ignores it. For Sign in with Apple we also keep, encrypted, a token Apple gives us, only so we can tell Apple when you delete your account.

You play on one device at a time: signing in on another device signs the first one out.

Your profile

The player name you choose with its number tag (like Lala#4821), your country, and the portrait you pick from the game’s pictures.

Your game

Your saved game (your garden, plants, coins and progress), your score and leaderboard ranks, who you follow and who follows you, and the garden visits and flowers you send or receive.

Purchases

You can buy Diamonds (an in-game currency), bundles such as the Starter Pack, and the Plantita Club subscription. Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) takes the payment; we never see your card or bank details.

RevenueCat, the service we use for purchases, receives your Plantita player ID and the store’s receipt for each purchase: the product, price, currency, date, the store’s country, and whether it was renewed, cancelled or refunded. That lets the game deliver your Diamonds and your Club. We do not give RevenueCat your name or email.

Our server keeps your Diamond history (Diamonds bought, earned and spent) and whether your Club is active.

Facebook friends who play

Only if you allow it when you sign in with Facebook: the Plantita IDs of your Facebook friends who also play Plantita and also allowed it, so you can find each other. We never see your other friends.

Your device

Your phone’s platform and model, the app version, and when you last played, to keep you signed in on one device at a time.

Security

Our servers see your IP address when the game connects, to protect Plantita from abuse such as too many requests. We do not keep it with your account. Our hosting provider’s logs may hold it for a short time.

What other players can see

Your player name and tag, country, portrait, score and rank, your garden (they can look, but cannot change anything), and how many visits and flowers it has had. Nothing else.

What we do not do

No ads. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. The Facebook sign-in kit in the app is set not to send app events or an advertising identifier.

Processors

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. When you delete your account, everything above is removed from our database at once, and from our database backups within 90 days. We keep only a deletion code with no personal data, so the deletion can be checked.

Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep their own records of your purchases. RevenueCat’s record is linked only to your Plantita player ID, never to your name or email. To have RevenueCat’s record removed as well, email us.

Deleting your account

In the game: Settings → Delete account. Without the game: see Delete your account. If you signed in with Facebook, removing Plantita in your Facebook settings also asks us to delete your data.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Plantita Club subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

Your choices

Play as a guest, change your name and country (once every 30 days), unlink a sign-in, or delete your account in the game. You can also ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.

Children

Plantita is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
